They catered my husband's birthday party at Iron City Distilling and people are still telling me how much they enjoyed the food! I have often found buffet food to be dry, flavorless and unimpressive but the broccoli was perfectly cooked and still held its' crunch. The mashed potatoes tasted homemade. The chicken marsala was delicious and the beef tips were so good they were GONE by the event's end. Trust me, get Nikki and her team to cater, you won't be disappointed!
