For the Cocktail Hour:

Coffee Station: Regular, Decaf and Hot Water with assorted teas, sweeteners and creamers.  Coffee service continues through the dessert course.

Salad Course (served):

Fresh Tossed Salad with Iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cucumbers, black olives and grape tomatoes – with Italian (or balsamic) dressing.

Rolls and Butter are provided at guest tables (basket with linen napkin).  Salt & Pepper shakers at each guest table.

After Dinner:

Client Wedding Cake. We will cut, plate and serve to your guests at their seats and provide disposable plates and forks.   Caterer can also provide a dessert selection if needed.

Coffee station continues until the end of the dessert service.

Leftovers from the buffet will be packaged in foil pans for the client.

Closing (standard service).  The caterer will keep at least staff member on site until the event closes for final cleanup and linen retrieval.

Pricing – Casual Buffet Package #1:

$30.50 per guest (125 to 200) – China-like disposable tableware, lap-length guest table linens, linen napkins and same day setup.  Client may pickup and install tablecloths for early decorating or inquire about prior day setup.  See services for more details.

If less than 125 guests, a surcharge starting at $0.50 will apply and the 20% production fee may be replaced with a flat dollar amount.  If more than 200 guests, a $0.50 discount applies.

All prices are subject to an 20% production fee and PA sales tax.  Pricing is effective January 1, 2024 and may be subject to change without notice.

Custom Venues.  Pricing applies to a standard equipped indoor banquet hall within our geographic market (we are located north east of Pittsburgh).  New locations, outdoor sites or especially small events may be subject to a “custom event fee” starting at $100.00.
