Standard delivery service.  Your meal will be delivered ready to serve is disposable containers.  We provide disposable plates, bowls, flatware, napkins and serving utensils.  We recommend delivery approximately one half hour before you plan to eat.  We can also provide buffet & warming equipment for a nominal charge (see below).   Our driver will setup the buffet and show someone how to replenish the items.  For larger groups, service attendants are available at an additional charge (see below).

Pricing.   Is effective February 1, 2017,  based on a minimum of 35 guests (smaller groups – ask for quote) and subject to PA sales tax.  Discounts may apply for larger groups or certain dates and locations.   Menu items can be substituted or changed to fit your needs … we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Payments and Policies:
Client must contact the caterer to determine availability and pricing.  We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to guarantee your date.  Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis at the discretion of the caterer.  You will be provided with a detailed menu confirmation listing all items, services, pricing, key dates, times and other details.  A final guest count is due one week before the event (usually on Friday).  Final payment is due on delivery.  Cash and checks are preferred  (2% charge for credit cards).  Please make checks payable to:  Chef & I Catering, 902 Brackenridge Ave, Brackenridge, PA 15014.

Note:  We provide full portioning on every item.  Graduation parties are hard to judge and our experience is that there is often too much food.  We will be happy to advise the client on ordering techniques to avoid excess leftovers.

Optional Services & Equipment:

Buffet Equipment Rental $30.00 – includes chafing equipment & sterno, hotboxes, baskets (etc.).     Must be returned to our Brackenridge location within one or two days of the event.

Service Attendant $25.00 per hour (minimum 5 hours including travel).  Includes delivery and buffet equipment.  Attendant will setup & maintain the buffet, perform light clean up duties, pack up leftovers and tear down.  Start and finish times must be arranged in advance.

Distant Travel Charge $25.00.  May apply if your location is more than 20 miles or 30 minutes from our Brackenridge location.
