Standard delivery service. Your meal will be delivered ready to serve in disposable containers. We provide disposable plates, bowls, flatware, napkins and serving utensils. We recommend delivery approximately one half hour before you plan to eat. We can also provide buffet & warming equipment for a nominal charge (see below). Our driver will setup the buffet and show someone how to replenish the items. For larger groups, service attendants are available at an additional charge (see below).
Pricing. Is effective January 1 2021, based on a minimum of 35 guests (smaller groups – ask for quote) and subject to PA sales tax. Discounts may apply for larger groups or certain dates and locations. Menu items can be substituted or changed to fit your needs … we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
Payments and Policies:
Client must contact the caterer to determine availability and pricing. We require a non-refundable retainer to guarantee your date: $100 standard delivery/drop off, $300 staffed events, $500 staffed events over 100 guests. Dates are reserved at the discretion of the caterer. You will be provided with a detailed menu confirmation listing all items, services, pricing, key dates, times and other details. A final guest count is due 10 days before the event (usually on Wednesday). Final payment is due 5 days before the event. Cash and checks are preferred (3% charge for credit cards). Buffet Equipment Rental $25.00 (or custom quote) – includes chafing equipment & sterno, hotboxes, baskets (etc.). Must be returned to our Brackenridge location within one or two days of the event.
Service Attendant $25.00 per hour (minimum 5 hours including travel). Includes delivery and buffet equipment. Attendant will setup & maintain the buffet, perform light clean up duties, pack up leftovers and tear down. Start and finish times must be arranged in advance.
