Sauce (Tomato & Fresh Basil, Alfredo Sauce or Garlic & Oil)
And “Fixings” (Diced Tomatoes, Black Olives, Red & Green Bell Peppers, Bacon, Pepperoni, Mushrooms,
Sun Dried Tomatoes, Red Pepper Flakes, Onion, Artichoke Hearts, Broccoli & Romano Cheese)
Sautéed to order by one of our pasta cooks.

Note:  Cocktail plates and required flatware are provided at each grazing station.  Guests are encouraged to
visit 
a station, consume the food while it is hot and  then proceed to another station.   Due to the variety
of choices at each station, 
seated table service for the bridal party is not practical.

Station Upgrades & Options

Stir Fry Station (replaces carving station) – Guests choose and combination of Chicken, Beef and
Vegetables – with Teriyaki or Thai Chili Sauce.   Sautéed to order and served over Fried or Steamed Rice.
Pasta “Bar” with 2 pasta/sauce choices may be substituted for side station.

Mediterranean Salad $0.50 (replaces greens salad) – Romaine & Red Tipped Lettuces with Kalamata Olives,
Cherry Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Walnuts, Red Bell Peppers and Balsamic Oregano Vinaigrette

Vegetarian Sushi $1.50 (replaces side station) – Assorted Varieties – served with Wasabi Sauce & Fresh Ginger

Pittsburgh Salad Bar $1.00 (replaces salad station) – Guests choose any combination of
salad components and dressings – complimented with Crisp French Fries
