Our “full service” reception packages are designed for the discriminating client. We’ve included a sample package for each of the above service styles. However, venue specific packages and our full menu are also available upon request.
Our guest pricing includes a full china setting, guest linens, appetizers, separate meal courses, water & coffee service and everything one expect at a formal wedding reception (except the alcohol, wedding cake and centerpieces). Please see our formal reception services for a complete list..
Menu Selections. For most weddings, we offer a free taste testing and consultation for prospective couples and parents. These are by appointment only and take place at our Brackenridge location. Here you will get a chance to evaluate our food and professionalism, discuss all aspects of your reception and receive a price quote. We suggest that you arrange this as soon as possible so we can accommodate your schedule. Smaller weddings may incur a nominal charge for the tasting.
Pricing. All prices are subject to a 20% production fee and PA sales tax. Package pricing assumes a standard equipped indoor banquet hall within our geographic market. Services may be restricted at some locations. Pricing for outdoor events, distant locations or unfamiliar venues will be provided upon request.
NOTE: Certain venues have a dedicated menu and pricing – please contact us for details. Note: We have special menu packages for wedding receptions. Pricing may not be applicable to all venues; additional fee may apply.
Payments and Policies:
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to guarantee your date. 50% of the total cost must be prepaid 30 days before your date. Final balance is payable 5 days before the wedding.
Children under 10 are billed at a reduced rate and special “kids meals” are available with sit down dinner service. Vendors may be discounted also. You will be provided with a detailed proposal/confirmation for your event. This will list all menu items, services, pricing, key times and all other important details of the reception. This document will be updated as needed and a “final review” will be conducted by phone approximately 30 days before your date. A final “guaranteed” guest count & meal selections are due 11 days ahead (on Tuesday) . Guest count cannot be reduced after this point.
