Station Style Event

Introduction.
Our “full service” receptions are geared to the discriminating client.  We’ve included a sample pre-priced menu package  for each of the above meals.  However, our full menu and venue specific menus are also available on request.

Services.
Our guest pricing includes a full china setting, guest linens, appetizers, separate meal courses, water & coffee service and everything one expect at a formal wedding reception (except the alcohol, wedding cake and centerpieces).   Please see our formal reception services for a complete list..

Menu Selections.  We offer a free taste testing and consultation for prospective couples and parents.  These are by appointment only and take place at our Freeport location. Here you will get a chance to evaluate our food and professionalism, discuss all aspects of your reception and receive a firm price quote.  We suggest that you arrange this as soon as possible so we can accommodate your schedule.

Pricing.  All prices are subject to an 18% gratuity and PA sales tax.  Package pricing assumes a standard equipped indoor banquet hall within our geographic market.  Services may be restricted at some locations.  Pricing for outdoor events, distant locations or unfamiliar venues will be provided upon request.
NOTE:  Certain venues have a dedicated menu and pricing (Soldiers & Sailors Museum, Armstrong Farms, Springdale Veterans) – please contact us for details.

Payments and Policies:
For full service events, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit to guarantee your date.  50% of the total cost must be prepaid three weeks before the date of your event.  Final balance is payable 7 days before the wedding.  Cash and checks are preferred  (2% charge for credit cards).  Please make checks payable to: Chef & I Catering, 902 Brackenridge Ave, Brackenridge, PA 15014.
A preliminary guest count is due 3 weeks before your wedding.  A final guest count is due 10 days ahead (on Wednesday). Children under 10 are generally counted as ½ adult for billing and portioning purposes.  Vendors (non-seated) may be discounted also.
You will be provided with a detailed menu/service confirmation for your event.  This will list all menu items, services, pricing, key times and all other important details of the reception.  Keeping this document accurate will help ensure that your wedding reception will be flawless.
